TYRE SHIELD – WARRANTY POLICY

This Warranty Policy applies to the Tyre Shield Anti-Puncture Application using Self-Healing Component performed at authorized Tyre Shield service locations.

1. Nature of Warranty
Tyre Shield provides a limited service performance warranty covering the performance of the anti-puncture application under normal usage conditions and within defined limits.
This warranty does NOT guarantee puncture-proof tyres.

2. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, Tyre Shield Anti-Puncture Application using self-healing component is intended to:
  • Help seal tread-area punctures up to 6 mm in diameter and up to 150 mm in length caused by nails or similar road debris
  • Assist in minimizing gradual air pressure loss from punctures within the above specified limits
  • Support continued mobility in eligible puncture situations under normal driving conditions
If the application does not perform within the above specified limits and under normal usage conditions, Tyre Shield may inspect the tyre and re-apply the anti-puncture application at its discretion.
Note: Coverage applies only to punctures within the specified size range and located in the tyre tread area. Damage beyond these limits, including sidewall damage, structural failure, or severe tyre injury, is not covered.

3. Warranty Period
Warranty is valid for:
  • 5 Years from date of application  ( OR )
  • Up to 50,000 Kilometers from date of application
    (whichever occurs earlier)
Warranty is valid only with original service invoice / proof.

4. What is Covered
Warranty applies only when:
  • Anti-puncture application performed by authorized Tyre Shield technician / center
  • Tyre was in safe, usable condition at time of application
  • Puncture occurs in tread area only
  • Vehicle operated under normal driving conditions

5. What is NOT Covered
This warranty does NOT cover:
  • Sidewall cuts, tyre burst, blowouts, or major structural tyre damage
  • Punctures larger than 6 mm diameter or beyond 150 mm length
  • Worn-out, damaged, expired, or unsafe tyres
  • Improper tyre pressure maintenance
  • Overloading, racing, harsh driving, or extreme road conditions
  • Accident, collision, fire, or external impact damage
  • Unauthorized re-application, tampering, or modification
  • Normal tyre wear and tear
  • Valve, rim, tube, or wheel damage

6. Service Remedy
If a valid warranty case is confirmed:
  • Tyre Shield may re-apply the anti-puncture application at no service charge (OR)
  • Provide partial service support at its discretion
No tyre replacement, refund, or compensation is provided under this warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability
Tyre Shield shall NOT be liable for:
  • Tyre replacement cost
  • Vehicle damage or accident
  • Loss of time, business, or income
  • Indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability, if any, is limited to original service amount paid under sole discretion of Dragon Global LLP Technical Team.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customer must:
  • Maintain recommended tyre pressure
  • Conduct regular tyre inspection
  • Avoid driving on deflated, damaged, or unsafe tyres
  • Use vehicle under normal operating conditions
Failure to follow these may void warranty.

9. Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty becomes void if:
  • Service invoice / proof not available
  • Tyre damaged due to misuse or unsafe driving
  • Unauthorized modification or re-application
  • Tyre used beyond safe tread depth or service life

10. Claim Process
To request warranty support:
  1. Visit nearest authorized Tyre Shield service center
  2. Provide original service invoice / proof
  3. Allow tyre inspection by technician
  4. Service decision will be made after inspection

11. Legal Jurisdiction
This warranty is governed by Indian Law, and disputes fall under jurisdiction of [Your City, India] Courts.

12. Important Disclaimer
Tyre Shield Anti-Puncture Application using self-healing component is a preventive support solution designed to help reduce punctures and air pressure loss within specified limits. It does not make tyres puncture-proof and cannot prevent damage from large punctures, sidewall failure, severe road hazards, or structural tyre damage. Performance depends on tyre condition, vehicle usage, and maintenance. Regular tyre care remains the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
